The employees here are very nice and the puppies they have always seem to be treated properly which is a huge plus! The employees are also more then willing to give recommendations.

Great place to shop for anything pet related. We go in a few times a week to look and play with the animals and have never had a bad experience. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Linda Esway is an incredible employee. She was knowledgeable and friendly, didn’t pressure us into any decisions while still telling us what she thought was best. She is kind and really cares about the animals and the customers!!

Store was nice and clean. They had friendly and helpful staff. Had things for my chinchillas every PetSmart stopped carrying. Will definitely go back!

We've been a couple times to play with the pups. The staff is friendly and is happy to bring out the dogs to let you play with them.

Petland of Hilliard was a great experience for me. I went in for an appointment for a Weiner dog and ended up leaving with a husky. The staff was very amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. They coached us on everything we should know when bringing home our first puppy. The program they offer for insurance and lifetime guarantee is awesome. I would recommend this store to friends and family.
The staff member that I spoke with and that worked with us was David. Very smart and knowledgeable when it comes with animals. He has a great insight and helped us tremendously. He's easy to talk to and helpful.

After my guinea pig passed I went to them to replace, they were so understanding and caring. I am so happy to have the new additions to the family, as it will not replace the sadness I felt but an experience like this sure does help. Thank you . Take care b safe

The staff here is great. They're very knowledgeable and really care for their animals. I bought a rabbit from them a few months back, and he's been absolutely fantastic. They've been super helpful with any and all questions I've had for them.
